Silicones can benefit from the addition of adjuvants and auxiliaries to their chemistry, giving them more properties and even better performance. Such adjuvants and auxiliaries come in the form of fillers in elastomers, heterogeneous and homogenous catalysts and surfactants that change the properties of liquids.
